Hello... It’s really a surprise to see you here this late into the night. I am Falmata Baba Kasheem, Assistant Lecturer specialising in Magnetic Resonance Imaging at the Department of Medical Radiography.

MRI stands for “Magnetic Resonance Imaging”, and it uses extremely strong magnets and radio waves to resonate the water molecules within the body to generate images of the internal organs. This incredibly amazing machine is used apart from imaging organs and systems to also detect how far cancer affects organs and also in quantifying brain activity. We as MRI specialists work with Doctors and other health professionals to provide the best medical care possible, so that lives may be saved...
